Lauren Rossi: Intangible Issues
Last Wednesday I had the opportunity to do first hand research into the medical field. My thesis partner was sick, so we took the situation as a learning experience into the process of recovery. Through the eyes of the patient we took an in-depth look into the systems, products, services, and intangible elements that go into recovering from an illness. While this system may not be true for everyone, it is a good starting place to begin to realize the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in our current healthcare system.
The intangible issue we brought up from our experience was the idea of ethics.
