Hi Evanee, I really like your experiment, its very important to actually go out and ask people what they think. It's hard to do and also painful if you find out that your beliefs were incorrect based on what people are telling you. I am still worried about the lack of specificity in your thesis. It does not, to me, sound like you have narrowed down your focus adequately, so it is hard to imagine how a product idea can come out of this. Are you interested in convincing people that they should care about endangered food? Why is it dangerous to have foods become extinct? Is there an environmental problem, or is it more an aesthetic issue? It sounds like you are saying that you, Evanee, thinks that the world is worse now because we don't have very many places that grow a certain kind of apple. I would like you to explain more carefully why you feel that this is a problem, and how it can be fixed using the tools that product designers have. steven
