Hypothesis:

Creating a new transportation system in New York City would help the traffic and pollution problem and this would help the New Yorkers to have better transportation system.

New York City DOT: New York City Department of Transportation – responsible for the management of much of New York City’s transportation infrastructure.

NAVTEQ – Provider of Geographic Information Systems data and is a dominant company in providing the base electronic navigable maps.

New Yorkers: They would want to help out with this problem.

New York City DOT: They would want to help out to have a better transportation system.

New York Government: They would definitely want to solve the traffic and pollution which are big problems in New York City.

My research plan is to first look for more problems with transportation system, what is causing these problems.
