I've been interested in and would like to address the following topics:

1.Have a quality life by shaping the fast/stressful lifestyle
- Carl Honore: The author of In Praise of Slow, a book which can be considered as a handbook of slow movement
- Geir Berthelsen: The founder of the The World Institute of Slowness
- Christopher Richards: An active author who promotes a slow lifestyle against workaholism.

2. Preserve cultural values through dining experiences
- Nikki Rose: The founder of Crete's Culinary Sanctuaries who works on preserving cultural and culinary traditions.
- Paul Tuennerman: The Executive Director at New Orleans Culinary and Cultural Preservation Society as well as a passionate food lover.
- Thy Tran: The founder and director of the Asian Culinary Forum, an organization
hosts multidisciplinary programs to foster the exploration of asian food.

3. Stay healthy through appropriate food consumption
- David Berman: The vice chairman of Slow Food NYC.
- Alice Waters: A leading advocate of eating local food to against the inferior mass-produced food.
- The Culinary Trust: An organization which gives culinary professionals the tools and opportunities to understand and act on critical issues in the world of food.
- Play 4 Life, Inc: A national non-profit organization committed to transforming the lifestyles of America's youth through health and fitness awareness.
