B. RSPCA/ASPCA
The royal society for the protection of animals is the largest organisation in the UK that combats all problems of animal welfare. They tend mostly to deal with domestic cases; ASPCA is the American equivalent.
C. Pet Finder and The Animal Rescue Site
Pet finder is an internet service for finding pets. They deal with breeders and owners that have litters, but also are used by many rescue services to relocate abandoned animals. The animal rescue centre is their partner who provides resources concerning animal rescue.

Mainly develops human prosthetics but has started to branch over to dogs as well

Leading provider of products and services for disabled pets.
