Amanda, Great job. You have done a great job of calling out some intangible design values here (such as empathy and observation). Even the physical objects you have included are detailed in a way that expresses the user's story. You do not include aesthetic or material call outs... perhaps think about how you would address those issues given the values that you have illustrated here. Is there some way that your aesthetic sensibilities are informed by your analytical approach?
